Engine had lower damage due to low oil level. Engine had 96.000 km
Motor trade belongs to the possibility of a F20C engine, with high mileage, high oil consumption or lower damage is one possibility.
Unfortunately no motor trade with cylinder wall damage.
It is a bare block. So no inlet / outlet / pump / alternator / tensioners / gearbox / harness / flywheel / clutch
Now the list of activities and new components:
-Valve cover from facelift improved PVC, including nieuw gaskets and sparkplug gaskets
-head checked, cleaned and vacuum tested for leaks
-head flattened
-Valve's, springs, retainers and cotters checked dismantled
-valves cut
-Valve seatings in head cut
-New valve guides mounted, Ferrea
-New valve seals, Ferrea
-New sparkplugs NGK PFR7G-11S
-New headgasket
-under block between block and crankcase checked and cleaned, ultrasonic
-Lower blockflattened
-new pistonrings
-crankshaft polished (did not need to be cut)
-new crankshaft seals
-new crankshaft bearings
-new connecting rod bearings
-Chain checked and cleaned
-piston oil nozzle's cleaned and checked
-oilpump cleaned and checked
-pistons cleaned
-new oilfilter oem Honda
-Tct refurbished/reconditioned. Sandblasted and new seals
-Vtec solenoid reconditoined, cleaned and new seals
-New gaskets, all of them
-new intake and exhaust manifold gaskets
-Few new bolts
After purchase you get 6 months warranty on work performed.
Because the cilinders did not need to be honed, they were still perfect, the engine dont need to be run in.
However because there are new piston rings, just go easy on your first tank of gas, dont drive beyond 5.000 rpm.
After your first tank of gas, you'll be fine.
