    shutter island war 12/10, wenn son blah wie inception schon 9 oder 10/10 war :twisted: ...

    auf jedenfall war shutter besser, weil weniger "kitschig" wie inception, auch wenn früh klar war, daß leo (schonwieder) nichtmehr ganz sauber tickt (mit inception im hinterkopf, den ich in dem fall vorher gesehen hatte) ...

    in echt wars ja sogar, daß er bei "inception" ->schonwieder<- nen halb ausgetickten spielt ...

    mein problem bei inception war meine erwartung ... bei etwas "john rambo" hätte ich keine gehabt ... hier (mit was genialem wie "memento" im hinterkopf) schon, und ich wurde MASSLOS enttäuscht ... wollte der film anspruchsloses geballer sein (war er meiner meinung nach über lange strecken) oder hatte er ne geniale "idee" als grundlage, die gesteigerte erwartung auslöste? ...

    frustrierend, wieviele leute sich von sonem film veralbern lassen und ihn dann noch weiterempfehlen ;) ... aber ist ja wie in der politik oder der finanzwirtschaft... *g* ... darum wundert es mich auch nicht sonderlich :P ...

    inception = nice try -> gute basis - miese / künstliche umsetzung ... mehr nicht! :thumbdown:

    Der Architekt gestaltet die Traumwelt. In den Träumen ging es aber anfangs darum, dass der Träumende nicht merkt, dass er träumt. Daher zählt das als Erklärung, wieso sich in den Träumen für die zu schaffende Inception eben nicht abgespace'te Scheiße passiert.

    ähhmm ... aber im traum passiert doch dauernd abgespace'te scheiße ... z.b. wird die escher treppe doch auch später noch eingesetzt ...

    nene - vieles an dem film war zu "aufgesetzt" ... für mich kams nichtmal an "matrix" (teil 1) ran ...

    Actually, we do get "it".

    A team of thieves use some unspecified technology and sedatives to allow them to enter the subconscious mind of a target in a collective dream created by an architect. Within a dream, they can use the unspecified technology and sedatives (which are part of the dream) to enter a second dream also created by an architect. Within the second dream, they can repeat the process to enter a third dream. You can feel pain in a dream but you can't die (this will cause you to wake up) unless you can die, in which case you will enter a limbo state. Five minutes in reality is one hour in a dream. Five minutes in a dream is one hour in a second level dream. Five minutes in a second level dream, is one hour in a third level dream. Five minutes in a third level dream, is one hour in limbo. Thus, a few hours in reality is fifty years in limbo. You will age in limbo, until you remember that you are dreaming, at which point you will revert back to your real appearance. Committing suicide will then return you to reality. You can remember that you are dreaming by using a totem to test reality but you must not tell anybody else what your totem's trick is, unless you are the main character spewing exposition at someone you only just met. The architect will populate the dream with projections of their subconscious. These projections will get upset and snarly if you mess with the laws of physics. The architect can also create MC Escher staircases. Some people have had anti-extraction training to prevent their subconscious from being compromised. This causes generic agents to start attacking in all the dream layers. The target can be fooled by a "forger", someone capable of shifting their appearance. To exit each level of dream, you need a "kick". A "kick involves some kind of a physical impact in each level up to reality. If you are in free-fall in one dream level, you will lose gravity in the next level, but not in subsequent levels. Anti-gravity will make the "kick" hard to implement (especially considering the exponential time delay in each layer of dreaming).

    If you think "it" is a work of genius designed to challenge your perception of reality, you are dumb.

    If you think "it" is a cluster-f*** of bulls*** designed to afford the film-makers the opportunity to spend lots of money on CGI, you are intelligent. Congratulations.

  • Eilige Schweißgerät Frage ... SGA ohne Schutzgas zum test?

    ... hallo, heute kommt extra einer aus mönchengladbach um mein einhell sga 175 abzuholen. das hat mein bruder (lebt nimmer) verwendet aber keiner von uns. und das ist ne weile her ...

    der will das natürlich auf funktion testen, war aber zu unfähig sich heute ne flasche schutzgas zu besorgen.

    frage: kann man auch ohne das schutzgas die funktion testen? also ob es noch schweißt oder eben nicht?

    andere frage: das hat nen starkstromanschluß und nen adapter auf normale steckdose ... kann da was schiefgehen am hausnetz?

    ich bilde mir ein, mein bruder hätte auch nur am normalen stromnetz geschweißt ...?
