My00 is originally from Germany. Is there any chance to purchase a service identical to North American CarFax? I want a history of a vehicle. Trade dates, accidents etc.

Unfortuantely there is no such thing as the Carfax in Germany (or Europe I believe) The only thing you can find out is through Honda's database. They log cars which come in for recalls, etc.
