The stifness which the ASM bar gives is incredible, it was quite a tough job getting it installed but the endresult is superb.
Installing the ARC intake was a piece of cake.
Soon we will make a new dyno and i'm curious to see what this intake brings.
Looks awesome! Great job. I'm also curious what the difference will be with ARC system.
I heard that this sort of tower bar construction for the front is actually too stiff. Have you noticed that too? Have you mounted any braces at the rear?

A yellow S looks always superb! Nice work!

I won't say that it's too stiff but it is stiffer than the other bars which I have had on the S.
This bar is installed with high tension, this combined with the X brace which in mounted on the bar and chassis offers this stifness.I'm still waiting on the other braces to arrive, than I will have them also rear/upper and rear/under.

depends on it's purpose /the terrain you will be driving the S.
* twisty backcountry roads: too stiff, car lacks responsiveness and front end grip
* Nordschleife: depends on the rest of your setup /driving style
* GP-track + semis: brace will workAll just my experience and 2 cents.
Let me know yoursThe other braces you are getting are they from ASM as well??

That's true, well the car will be semi-track and semi-road.
It's just a matter of getting used to it and how to handle it.I have driven on the Ring with and without braces and I'm very curious to find out how it handles with this ASM brace.
Most of the other braces will also be from ASM Autobacs and I'm thinking about installing a bit thicker swaybars.

Imagine, the boy/girl racers in Japan drive from far to Yokohama, just to get this set-up installed at ASM. That's hardcore and money spent!
