This S2000 has been build by Fleper Motorsport Germany for racing in 2007. It was used for VLN races.
Since 2009 the car is owned by Honda Verhagen Racing who drives it in the Dutch Super Car competition.
We will build the new supercharger and will also be responsable for the maintenance of the car and will service the car also during the races which will be held on the tracks on Zandvoort, Assen, Spa Francorchamps, Zolder, Donington and Hockenheim.

I'm also going to strip my own S2000 for the rebuild for 2012
Already available are the SSR wheels and Amuse exhaust system.
Not 100% sure but also planned is to replace the OEM hardtop and as I want to supercharge also the J's Racing intake.
Might even sell the cleaned frontbumper with Chargespeed lip. Also for sale the carbon fiber J's Racing bonnet and hood!

Great stuff!
the oem bumper + lip looks so clean!

as i have already said: beautiful s2000 !!!
i'm excited about further updates
-
Right on, quite some work to be done!
Interesting ideas, some of them I'm also considering in the near future.Couple questions if I may
1) relocate fusebox: to where? and what's the benefit?
2) custom looms: isn't that a bit hardcore? what's your intention? because of the the ABS delete or anything else?
3) No ABS: again, isn't that a bit hardcore? or will this be a track-only car?
4) Custom brake setup: in terms of what? adjustable fr/re distribution?
5) weld ALL holes: you mean all unecessary holes? but why? just for clean looks or for increased rigidity?
6) Custom radiator: 3/4 width, like C-West? or tilted?
7) J's exhaust for Amuse: what's the real difference /benefit?Cheers man! Keep it up
-
Off course you may ask quesitions, please do
1) relocate fusebox: to where? and what's the benefit?
- fusebox will be relocated somewhere behind the dashboard, we're still thinking about what would be the best place. It doesn't have any benefit as for functionality. It is done to have a clean enginebay2) custom looms: isn't that a bit hardcore? what's your intention? because of the the ABS delete or anything else?
- Purpose of the custom loom is also for the cleaned enginebay. I have removed ABS, this should be a small disadvantage for the brake dosage. But I will also have quite some modifications made to the brake set-up!3) No ABS: again, isn't that a bit hardcore? or will this be a track-only car?
- See above4) Custom brake setup: in terms of what? adjustable fr/re distribution?
- Still a secret, there might be some slight modifications to the current plans5) weld ALL holes: you mean all unecessary holes? but why? just for clean looks or for increased rigidity?
- Purely for the clean looks, rigidity won't increase that much by just welding the holes. Than you would have to weld almost the complete chassis, than it will be stiffer.6) Custom radiator: 3/4 width, like C-West? or tilted?
- We're going to have one made ourselves or by Koyo.7) J's exhaust for Amuse: what's the real difference /benefit?
- There aren't real benefits, I just want a new exhaust system and I really like the new FX-Pro exhaust system -
I see, thanks for the info.
So it's mostly mods for the looks vs functional improvementApart from the brake mods of, which I'm keen to see what you've planned.
Although IMO the ABS has really a lot of benefit!
Unless you are running only on Slicks and in dry conditions.Good luck
-
Yes, these mods or mainly for the optical purposes
This S2000 will be build for show and will only cruise with it, I have another S2000 which will be build for the trackMore news soon!
